馬達設計
Motor Design

涵蓋一般用馬達(IM/PM/SRM),或是特殊用馬達設計。以及節能馬達或是高性能馬達設計。使用有限元素法作馬達系統的最佳化設計,我們貫徹"Design for Manufacturing"理念,確保客戶量產時的成本與品質最佳化!


Covering designs of general-use motors (IM/PM/SRM) or special-use motors, as well as designs of energy-saving motors or high-performance motors and using finite element method for the optimal design of motor systems, we carry out the concept of “Design for Manufacturing” to ensure the optimization of costs and quality for clients during mass production!

馬達驅動系統設計
Motor Driving System Design

我們重新檢視馬達、電力電子電路與驅動軟體的相互關係,使用Top-down設計模式,配合電腦模擬工具最佳化馬達驅動系統。藉由 IEEE技術資料庫,我們也為客戶設計最先進的馬達控制演算法!


We re-examined the mutual relationships between motors, power electronic circuits, and driving software, using the Top-Down design method along with the computer simulation tools, we optimize the motor driving system. Through the IEEE technical database, we also design the most advanced motor control algorithm for the clients!

電力電子系統設計最佳化
Optimization of Power Electronic System Designs

電力電子產品涵蓋極廣,需要極高的可靠度與能效表現,我們提供客戶電力電子系統的設計與最佳化服務。眾所周知,試誤法(trial-and-error)仍然為許多製造商所採行的方法,而協創提供了Top-down設計方法,可為客戶現有產品作建模與整體系統分析服務,可協助客戶使用系統性的方法設計電路系統,以擺脫試誤法的泥沼。


Power electronic products have a very wide coverage and need an extremely high reliability and energy efficiency performance. We provide power electronic system designs and optimal services for clients. As we all know, trial-and-error is still the method adopted by many manufacturers, while AMIT provided the Top-Down design method, which can be used to make modeling and overall system analysis service for the client’s current products, assisting the clients in using systematic methods to design the circuit systems so as to break away from the mire of trial-and-error.

電磁閥設計
Solenoid Design

除了馬達,協創也提供電磁閥設計服務,使用有限有元素軟體,設計並分析電磁閥特性,並繪出衝程曲線(stroke-force curve),使電磁閥理論計算與實務接近,大幅減少電磁閥設計與試作成本!


In addition to motors, AMIT also provides services for electromagnetic valve designs. Using finite elemental software, the features of electromagnetic valves are designed and analyzed and the stroke-force curve is drawn, so that the theoretical calculation of electromagnetic valves is close to the practical calculation, greatly reducing the design and trial costs of electromagnetic valves!

機電整合系統設計
Electromechanical Integration System Design

典型的機電整合系統,如泵(PUMP),不管是油泵、氣泵還是水泵,皆為馬達結合流體機械的複合體,協創使用理論工具與電腦模擬軟體為泵作整體的設計,並配合試作測試,可為泵產品作成本、性能、效能甚至噪音的最佳化設計。


Typical electromechanical integration systems, such as pumps; whether they are oil pumps, gas pumps, or water pumps, they are all complexes combining motors and fluid machinery. AMIT uses theoretical tools and computer simulation software to make the overall design of the pumps. And working with trial tests, the optimal design in costs, performance, efficacy, and even noise can be made for pumps.

演算法設計
Algorithm Design

協創提供馬達控制演算法設計服務,如永磁馬達速度估測技術(PM Sensorless)或是磁阻馬達速度控制演算法設計,或是為客戶最佳化現有之控制演算法。


AMIT provides services for motor control algorithm design, such as PM (permanent-magnet) sensorless motor speed estimates or reluctant motor speed control algorithm designs, or to optimize the clients’ current control algorithms.
